Crimson Trail

This beautiful waterfall is at Spring Hollow.  We came this far last week and then went back down the canyon.  Today's hike started here and went up.  From left: Laurie, Nancy, Nancy, Susan, and Nancy.  One of the Nancy's figured out that our average age was 55.2 (I'm below average) if you don't count the Nancy on my left who is the outlier.  Funny that three of the five are Nancy.
Crimson Trail climbs to the top of the "China Wall" in the canyon and then goes along it.  You can see from this picture that we are really high up.  It's quite a climb getting there, but oh, so worth it.

See the road below?  Yep, that's how high we climbed.
