We parked at "Franklin Basin" and then just made our own trail, up the side of a hill and sliding down part of it. We had a blast.

Franklin Basin
Today the weather is nasty with a cold wind blowing snowflakes into your face when you're outside. But yesterday's snowshoe adventure was fabulous with a gorgeous sunny day. In fact, I even got a little bit sunburned on the back of my neck.
We parked at "Franklin Basin" and then just made our own trail, up the side of a hill and sliding down part of it. We had a blast.

I'm excited for summer but hate to see these fun snow shoe adventures end. You are one of the stalwarts of our group. Luv ya.
I agree with Nan. Snowshoeing has made my winter soooooooooo much more enjoyable and my friends have been the best part of all :)
