Bryce especially enjoyed seeing the big ship. Notice who's the boss?

Of course we had to make a trip to the beach, and yes, Bryce got all wet. He just can't stay out of the water.
On a shore excursion called "A Taste of Mexico," we met Janine and Marcus at the MangoMango restaurant where we had a lesson on making "salsa Mexicano," guacamole, tamales and tostadas. Meeting them was the best part of this day in Ensenada, Mexico, because they are from Perth Australia, where she teaches Seminary and he's a bishop in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. They had just taken their children to BYU to attend EFY (Brigham Young University to attend Especially For Youth). What fun to visit with them about the church there compared to here..jpg)

One really amazing thing we did was go scuba diving. Here's Jim, Julie and Bryce getting ready to put on the wet suits. Do they look as nervous as we all felt?
Of course there was always plenty to eat (see those desserts?
And here I am with one of the towel creatures that Carnival is famous for.
It was a fun cruise.
