It is amazing how getting out of the foggy/smoggy valley and up into the mountains lifts my spirits! Is it the blue sky, or the people, or the exercise? I think all of the above. We got snowed on a bit today, but did have some blue sky too. It was just a wonderful morning.

We were blessed with such a beautiful day. You always take such great scenery pics. Thanks for the reminder of how blessed we are to live where we live and being able to enjoy our beautiful canyon.
I agree, fresh air, blue sky, beautiful mountains, good friends, exercise. How could it not lift ones spirits?
I've loved following your hiking/snowshoeing adventures. I'd really like to come along sometime - thanks for the invite! This last hike looks wonderful.
