Bryce and I decided to have our Valentine dinner at home - inasmuch as the average wait at any restaurant was about an hour, and we had just driven home from a few days away. Just thought you'd enjoy seeing the salads I made. The hearts are crosswise slices of red pepper. The way it grew made that pepper have natural heart shaped lobes. (I added some avocado too.)

I love your Valentine salads! And I think it's great that the red peppers were so obliging with their shape. :) Avocado sounds YUMMY right now!
