Something old but new
When we moved here two years and nine months ago, we wrapped up the big tub of Legos in plastic. It has remained wrapped because the grandchildren were too little to play with Legos and we really didn't have a good place to put the Lego table where kids could play. Now we have a family room, complete with a pretty new couch (you can see it behind the table). We have a great rug and it's now padded underneath to make kneeling easy, plus the kids are finally big enough that they aren't going to eat the Legos or toss them randomly in the air. Tonight was the first night to get them out and oh boy, did they enjoy them!
Lee has built a car, and Anna made a "building" (which looks like a wall). The table is big enough and there are enough pieces that they were able to play happily side by side.

The lego table is a terrific idea! I wish you had passed it on a long time ago.
Lego table a fantastic idea. I wish I had thought of it myself.
I didn't mention that Bryce made the Lego table when we lived in Minot? We had a friend who brought us the idea and hired him to build one for her. We made two so that we could keep one. It's a really great place to play, and the kids are still loving it this morning.
Does Bryce take orders or give out instructions on how to make?
Hey Laurie - just stopped by to say hello. I love your picture looking over everything- it's beautiful! Hope life is sweet as can be. Our ward has divided and there's lots of growth here in ND. Tim is still bishop, but now of Bismarck First Ward.
