These ae all "Special" or "funeral" or "cheesy" or whatever you call those potatoes. The ones with foil are going in the freezer for later. We split them between three families. What's the sense of boiling potatoes, getting out the cheese grater and all the equipment and doing only one pan?

So they had "funeral" potatoes on the sign up for our ward party and half the people didn't know what they were. They had a number to call for the recipe. I silently giggled to myself.
Oooh, I got linked! I'm famous! :) Those potatoes were WAY good too.
